At the entrance, you will receive a wristband that you can recharge via the Slesh app, allowing you to skip all the lines! This innovative system will make your experience at the event much easier and more enjoyable.

How does it work in a nutshell?

The cashless system is an integrated circuit of services loaded onto the electronic wristband that you will receive at the entrance and wear on your wrist. Here is an overview of how it works:

1. Arrival and Validation:
Upon arrival, your ticket will be validated and you will be given an electronic wristband. This wristband will be your pass for the entire duration of the event.

2. Using the wristband:
Access to the event area:
Use the wristband to enter and move freely within the event.
Purchasing goods and services:
Once you have loaded credit onto your wristband, you can purchase food, drinks, and other services simply by holding your wristband up to the readers located at various points of sale. All payments will be deducted directly from your wristband. Say goodbye to pockets full of tokens and queuing at the checkout!

3. Top up via the app:
You can top up your wristband in advance by selecting “Carica wallet in anticipo” from the event home page, or directly at the event by clicking “Aggiungi crediti.”

To further facilitate your experience, you can top up your wallet and transfer the balance to your bracelet using the Slesh app, which you can download HERE.

How do I load my wallet during the event?

Follow these steps to top up your wallet!
1. Click on the page of the event you are attending
2. Select “Link your wristband”
3. You can top up your wallet automatically by entering the amount you want
4. Finally, click on “Transfer credits to wristband” and enjoy the event

Click on “Load wallet in advance” on the “Home” page and enter the amount you want. Once you receive your bracelet, you can link it and transfer your credits.

How do I transfer credit to my wristband?

Once you have paired the wristband, go to “Home” and press “Sposta credito sul bracciale” Once you have reached this section, transfer your credit by following the steps in the app.

Can I load money in cash and by card?

Of course! Credit can be loaded directly into the app using a card, or at recharge points, where you can pay by credit card or cash.

Merch Band

Can I pay for band merchandise and private vendors using the cashless system?

The cashless system can be used everywhere except for official band merchandise and private vendors.

Each band and private vendor manages their sales independently, so if you want to buy records, T-shirts, or patches, bring cash or a debit card with you.

Festival Merch, on the other hand, is 100% cashless.

Free of charge

Is there a cost for this service?

The service is free of charge. There will be no top-up fees, and you can choose the exact amount to top up by entering it on the app or directly at the cash desk. The only cost you may be charged is a €1 bank transfer fee if you request a refund. Refunds can be requested for the entire amount remaining on the wristband after the event.

It can only be requested if there is at least €3 remaining on the wristband, excluding the €1 handling fee.

Refund

How do I request a refund?

It’s very simple, directly from the app in the appropriate section. If you topped up your wristband directly at the cash desk, it is very important to keep it because the refund must be requested from the app. After the event, you will then need to link the wristband with the remaining credit to the app and request a refund.

Refunds can be requested from August 20 at 1:00 p.m. to August 27 at 12:59 p.m.

To receive a refund, you must have at least €3. The refund processing fee is €1.

Example: If a user has €3 on their wristband, they can request a refund and will receive €2.
Example 2: If a user has €10 on their wristband, they can request a refund and will receive €9.

Refunds can ONLY be requested through the Slesh app in the appropriate section, which will be visible when refunds become available. To obtain a refund, you must KEEP YOUR WRISTBAND.

This system allows us to:
– offer a better user experience by reducing queues, providing the ability to monitor all expenses, and allowing for a more flexible event experience without cards, cash, etc.
– encourage the use of electronic payments over cash
– monitor purchase statistics
– improve our food & beverage offerings in the future and be directly connected to the Internal Revenue Service, eliminating accounting errors and paper waste.
